Support of the AVIF-Format

Croppy now fully supports the AVIF-Format, as it holds superior compression efficiency and produces extremely high quality images.

This update includes the support of AVIF formats in all our crop destinations. AVIF is well suited for great SEO rankings, as it loads fast and has great quality while being as small as possible. Cropping with the Phi Grid

Requested by many, we are happy to introduce you to the golden ratio in our cropping interface!

The golden ratio has been used to create majestic artworks for centuries. To make cropping even more intuitive and flexible, we’ve integrated the Phi Grid into our interface. With Croppy, you’re all set!

Crop-by-Aspect-Ratio

To simplify cropping, we harness the power of aspect ratios. Once you select an aspect ratio, Croppy ensures it stays consistent, no matter the dimensions you choose!

This way, you can focus on what's important.

Quality settings, configured by you!

To fit your individual needs even more, The quality of every supported file format is fully configurable.
